2026 Vendor APPLICATION

Welcome to the Michiana Festival of Beers. Your participation in the 2026 festival will allow a great local charity to further its mission. Please confirm your application by completing the following form as well as sending your immediate payment through Venmo @MichianaFOB. Vendor booths are limited to independent, local & regional businesses to support the true spirit of supporting local. Preference will be given to vendors with an affiliation with craft beer or homebrewing. Acceptance of your application will be sent via email once approved. Vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Application denials will result in a full refund.

Vendor booths are limited to a 10 x 10 space. Vendors provide their own tables, chair, and canopy.
